Erica was always available, i work off hours and would send questions i didn't expect to be answered until the following day and she would respond immediately. She did everything i needed and was open and honest about all aspects of the process. Erica was a joy to work with.

I felt very comfortable that Betty was handling my interests. It was a complicated, drawn-out experience due to buyers inability to readily obtain financing.

Overall, an excellent sales representative.

Overall, the experience was just that...an experience. Having to deal with what I would call a "poor" lending group is not a desirable experience.

There were many snags along the way. Betty fielded the problems very professionally.
